  8.    Here ya got some cool IMHO ARexx scripts for use with DirectoryOpus 4.xx.
  9. All  written  by  me,  just to expand the DOpus functions. First - they were
  10. just  for  me,  but  now  I  thought, that they could be useful to you, so I
  11. decided to relase them on the Aminet.

  13.  · AmigaAMP.dopus
  14.    main purpose:
  15.       Send MP3/MP2/MP1 music files to AmigaAmp and play them.
  16.    features:
  17.       · check if the AmigaAmp is running (if not - run it)
  18.       · send  files  into  just-opened  AmigaAmp,  and  play  first from the
  19.         selection
  20.       · add  files  into  earlier-opened AmigaAmp (files will be waiting for
  21.         it's turn)

  23.  · PictureInfo.dopus
  24.    main purpose:
  25.       Show some infos about graphic files (may be handy for html writers).
  26.    features:
  27.       · support  for BMP, GIF, IFF, JPEG, PBM, PCX, PNG, PSD, SUN, TARGA and
  28.         TIFF files
  29.       · shows size (width x height) of the picture
  30.       · shows file format (GIF, IFF etc.)

  32.  · SmartCopy.dopus
  33.    main purpose:
  34.       Copy files from one place to another.
  35.    features:
  36.       · check if the selected files are in the active window
  37.       · if yes, just copy them
  38.       · if  not,  ask  if it is required to swap windows, and if it is, copy
  39.         the files

  41.  · SmartMove.dopus
  42.    main purpose:
  43.       Move files from one place to another.
  44.    features:
  45.       · same as above, but don't copy - just move :-)

  47.  · WhatSize.dopus
  48.    main purpose:
  49.       Get size of all selected files and directories.
  50.    features:
  51.       · get size of all files and directories
  52.       · check if they all will fit into place listed in other window
  53.       · display   size  in  few  formats  at  one  time  (bytes,  Kilobytes,
  54.         Megabytes, Gigabytes)
  55.       · check   how  many disks (Amiga OFS, Amiga FFS, PC DD) is required to
  56.         store all the selected stuff
  57.       · check  how  many  CD-ROMs (200Mb, 650Mb, 700Mb) is required to store
  58.         all the selected stuff
  59.       · it displays the Gb size only if selection is bigger than 500 Mb
  60.       · it displays the CD-R number only if selection is bigger than the 10%
  61.         of CD's capacity
